# Anthem Alberta Homes > Anthem Homes is the Alberta single-family homebuilding division of Anthem Properties Group Ltd., a real estate development company with 35 years of experience across Western Canada and the United States. This site covers new home sales in Calgary, Edmonton, and Grande Prairie, Alberta. Anthem builds single-family homes in three styles: front-drive garage, laned, and paired homes. Buyers can either purchase a "quick possession" home (a completed or near-completed home available for a faster move-in) or build from a floorplan in one of Anthem's master-planned communities. Notes for interpreting this site: - "Quick Possession" means a move-in ready or nearly complete home, sometimes called an inventory or spec home elsewhere in the industry. - "Showhome" is the Alberta term for a model home open for public viewing. - Grande Prairie currently offers quick possession homes and floorplans, but no showhomes or community pages. - This site covers Alberta single-family homes only.
