Meet Grellow.

Like homeownership, he’s big. But he’s not scary.

He’s here to help you work through the complexity and get to the friendly side of homeownership.

From blog posts to mortgage tools, Grellow represents everything we’re building to make owning a home feel a little simpler.

We’re here to help you get started. And so is Grellow.

You’ve Got a Whole Team in Your Corner

You’ve Got a Whole Team in Your Corner

Buying a home is simpler when you’re not doing it alone. At Anthem, you never are.  Our entire team is focused on getting you the best outcome at every stage.

Our Sales Team helps you get started – walking you through the community, lots, floorplans, and local architectural requirements. Your Homeowner Liaison is your single point of contact from contract to possession, while our Architects and Construction Team brings your lot, floorplan, and selections to life. Once you’ve moved in, our Warranty Team stays with you through your first year to make sure everything’s working just right.

Different people, one shared goal: making homeownership feel simpler, clearer, and a whole lot less overwhelming.

What Does Buying a Home Look Like?

Six stages, from the first look to the first night. This is how we support you.

Step 1: Explore

No pressure here. Browse homes and communities online or in a showhome, get a feel for what’s out there, and start picturing what fits your life and your budget.

Nothing to sign, nothing to commit to. Explore, ask questions, and let us help you narrow things down.

Step 2: Review the Details

Once you’ve found the home you love, we go through the specifics together: pricing, the floorplan, completion timelines, and what’s included.

We’ll also walk you through the deposit structure up front, so there are no surprises later.

Step 3: Make It Official

This is where it becomes real. Our sales team works closely with you to finalize your purchase agreement, reviewing every line with you, so you have clarity. No fine print. No rushing.

Next up, meet your Homeowner Liaison, your single point of contact at Anthem, from agreement right through to possession. They keep you in the loop with updates on progress and timing, so you always know where things stand and what’s coming next.

Step 4: Build Your Home

This is where it gets exciting. We’ll meet with you to make your architectural and interior selections, the details that make it yours. From there, our Architectural Design and Construction Teams get to work.

Buying a quick possession home? You’ll skip this step.

Step 5: Home Orientation & Possession

Ahead of possession, we’ll bring you in for a home orientation, a walk-through that covers everything you need to know about your new home and how it all works. You’ll also meet our Warranty Team, who’ll be checking in with you over the first year to make sure everything’s running as it should.

We do this prep ahead of time on purpose. Possession day is about getting your keys, moving in and settling into the celebration, not working through a checklist.

Step 6: Enjoy Your Home

Your new home comes with warranty coverage and a team you can reach, settling in feels supported, not solitary.

Welcome home, this is the part we built everything else for.

Why Buy New Instead of Resale?

It’s one of the first questions buyers ask. A brand-new home isn’t simply newer. It’s designed for the way people live today and built to current standards. Here’s what that means for you.

No Renovations Required

New homes are built around the way life works now: open layouts, smart storage, flexible spaces for working from home, and room to grow. Instead of renovating someone else’s idea of a home, you move into one shaped around yours, with nothing you need to fix on day one.

Energy Efficient

Today’s new homes are built to be far more energy efficient than older ones, with better insulation, modern windows, and high-efficiency systems. That means a more comfortable home year-round and lower monthly utility bills. A real difference you feel in an Alberta winter and in what you pay each month.

Built to Current Codes

Every Anthem home is built to the latest Alberta building codes and safety standards, so the wiring, plumbing, and structure all meet today’s requirements. It’s peace of mind you can’t see, but you’ll be glad it’s there.

No Unknown Costs

With an older home, the big costs often arrive uninvited: the roof, the furnace, the foundation. A new home means brand-new everything.  You’re not inheriting someone else’s deferred maintenance. You can budget with confidence and spend your first years enjoying your home, not repairing it.

Warranty

Your new Anthem home is backed by Alberta’s New Home Warranty, which covers your home for years after you move in. If something isn’t right, you have real coverage and a team to call – so you’re protected long after the keys change hands.

There’s more than one way to find your way home.

There’s more than one way to find your way home.

Everyone starts from a different place, so we’ve created a few distinct ways to buy. Choose the one that fits where you are today. And if you’re not sure which is right, that’s exactly what we’re here for.
