The moment your purchase agreement is final, you’re introduced to your Homeowner Liaison — your single point of contact at Anthem from that day through to possession.
They know your home, your selections, and your timeline. They keep you informed, coordinate every walkthrough and appointment on your behalf, and are there to answer questions as they come up. Want to know what to expect at your next milestone? They’ll walk you through it before you get there. And on possession day, they’re right there with you — walking through your new home, making sure everything has been addressed, and making sure the day feels exactly like what it’s supposed to feel like. Purchase agreement is finalized. About two to three weeks after your conditions are removed your Homeowner Liaison reaches out to introduce themselves. From here, you have one dedicated person who knows your file and is ready to help.
Interior selections appointment. Your Homeowner Liaison is there with you at the design centre, alongside your designer, as you make the choices that make your home yours. You’re supported, informed, and never making decisions alone.
During construction. Your liaison keeps you informed on your build’s progress and is available to answer questions as they come up.
Before possession. Your Homeowner Liaison schedules your home orientation and possession orientation and makes sure you know exactly what to look for and what to expect. Possession day should feel exciting and they make sure it does.
Possession day. They’re there with you. They walk through your new home alongside you, make sure everything has been addressed, and celebrate this moment with you.
